"My name is Brona and I am a survivor of oesophageal cancer. Ten years ago after going to my GP with reflux my life was totally changed when I was diagnosed with oesophageal cancer. It was a long road and a tough struggle to recovery. To celebrate, I am doing the Vhi Womens Mini Marathon in June for OCF to help raise awareness of, and funding for, vital research into oesophageal cancer, so that in the future there will be many more survivors, who, like me, will run because we CAN thanks to your generosity!"
